Privacy notice.

When you send nocap a project brief, you share your name, email, business information, selected service and budget, and the goals you write. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential access details.

Why we use it

We use your brief to understand your request, assess how we can help, and respond about your project. Submitting a brief does not sign you up for marketing emails.

Where it goes

Briefs are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database provided through our website hosting platform, OpenAI Sites. Hosting providers may process data outside your country. There is no public directory of submissions and the website does not expose an API for reading briefs.

Client workspaces

Private workspaces store business contacts, social profiles, payment records, campaign comparisons and aggregate Meta advertising reports. Each client can access only their own assigned workspace. Passwords are stored as hashes. An essential session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. Changing your password signs out other sessions. Connected event senders may provide delivery receipts and identifier-presence flags; the dashboard does not store the underlying email addresses, phone numbers or IP addresses from those events.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not install advertising pixels or analytics cookies. Our hosting and security providers may process technical request information to deliver and protect the website. Short-lived abuse counters help prevent spam. Our application does not store your raw IP address.

Your choices

Providing a brief is optional. To request access, correction, or deletion, use the project form with the same email address and describe your privacy request. We may need to verify that the request is yours. We keep project information while needed to handle your inquiry or ongoing work; unrelated inquiry data should be reviewed and removed when no longer required.

Human review

Submitting your brief does not automatically send it to an AI model or enroll you in automated outreach. Our team reviews project requests.
